SENSORS
Digital transformation (Industry 4.0) increases efficiency and responsiveness for our partners, enabled by increased automation, predictive maintenance and self-optimizing process improvements. The necessary data basis is provided by sensor technology. The onboard sensor technology of modern plants is often proprietary protected and/or optimized for a maximum amount of data.
In order to master complex production processes and an individual data basis, we offer our partners additive sensor technology for supplementation and subsequent installation at process-critical acquisition points. Thus, individual and optimized sensor modules can collect defined data and enable the desired data evaluation.
Additive sensor technology is:
Easy to install, as an individual hardware layout can be adapted to the application environment.
Easy to network, as optimized radio and modern network technology ensure robust and energy-efficient deployment.
Easy to acquire, as collaborative software interfaces of modern cloud technology greatly simplify data implementation.

Wear monitoring
To ensure process stability and minimize potential failure risks, we are developing additional sensor technology that permanently monitors wear-sensitive components such as bearings, chains and seals. Possible direct and indirect detection variables include heat generation, acoustics, vibration, power consumption and power factor. Wear is detected at an early stage and maintenance requirements are realistically indicated. You reduce your maintenance effort and avoid downtime.
Detection of the operating environment
A controlled operating environment is the basis for your employees, plant and equipment, mechanics and electronics. With our networked sensors, e.g. temperature, humidity, air pressure, gases (CO2, CO, NO2, etc.), fine dust and noise levels are continuously monitored. So you produce under optimal conditions.
Level of liquid, grit and bulk material
We offer special solutions for level detection in areas that are difficult to access, areas with aggressive environmental conditions and areas with explosion hazards (EX). The sensor technology is often designed to be self-sufficient. Common methods include ToF (light beam transit time) for dry materials and bulk solids and radar sensors (60GHz) for aggressive/foamy liquids and waste materials.
Flow velocity
We develop calorimetric flow sensors for smaller pipe diameters 1″ to 1/2″, among others suitable for aggressive liquids.
